Energy Saving Opportunities Scheme and ISO50001
We’re aiming this workshop at anyone directly impacted by the ESOS regulations.
Mervyn Bowden, had a 28 year career with the Marks & Spencer group, spending the last 12 years heading its energy management function, and in the last 3 years has formed two consultancy companies, including Empirical Energy Limited in 2014 with Andrew Jones. Andrew had a long career in senior technical and commercial roles in utility companies and ESCOs, before a prominent 11 year period as energy manager for Alliance Boots that included a year as a senior policy advisor at Defra. For six years he ran his own consultancy in the FM, sustainability and energy sectors.
Both have extensive experience in designing, writing and delivering high quality training solutions for Blue Chip and representative bodies
By the end of this workshop, you will have a thorough understanding of:
- What the ESOS regulations are designed to do
- Why you should aim to go well beyond mere compliance and realise major savings
- The systems and processes you’ll need to maintain compliance now and in the future
Our workshop is tailored to you, uses your experience and ESOS assessments and looks forwards, not backwards, to help you understand the challenges and opportunities ahead to get the most out of your energy strategy and realise savings in cost and consumption painlessly.
