Finance for Energy Managers
This workshop is of interest to anyone who is involved in managing an energy budget and for those who have to persuade others of the financial benefits of energy efficiency and the resources needed to achieve them.
Mervyn Bowden, had a 28 year career with the Marks & Spencer group, spending the last 12 years heading its energy management function, and in the last 3 years has formed two consultancy companies, including Empirical Energy Limited in 2014 with Andrew Jones. Andrew had a long career in senior technical and commercial roles in utility companies and ESCOs, before a prominent 11 year period as energy manager for Alliance Boots that included a year as a senior policy advisor at Defra. For six years he ran his own consultancy in the FM, sustainability and energy sectors.
Both have proven experience in designing, writing and delivering a range of high quality training solutions for Blue Chip and representative bodies.
